The Challenge

Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing professionals needed scenario-based training that simulates real-world financial crimes. Static PDFs and videos were ineffective—learners needed interactive case studies with branching logic where their decisions affect outcomes, backed by real-time feedback.

Our Solution

We created an interactive LMS featuring realistic case scenarios where learners make decisions that affect the outcome, backed by real-time feedback and expert explanations powered by Azure Cognitive Services. The branching scenario engine creates unique learning paths for each user.

Our Approach

We combined ASP.NET Core with Azure Cognitive Services to build an AI-powered branching scenario engine. Each case study presents realistic financial crime situations—shell companies, trade-based laundering, crypto risks—and learners' decisions cascade through the scenario, providing immediate forensic explanations.

The Impact

Over 3,000 financial investigators and compliance officers trained with an 85% improvement in scenario-based test scores. The program is recognized by international regulatory bodies for training quality. Participating institutions reported a 40% reduction in financial crime reporting errors.
