Hajj/Umrah travel agencies manage hundreds or thousands of pilgrims per season. Each pilgrim requires visa documents, hotel booking, transport assignment, Maktab allocation, and payment tracking—all under tight deadlines. Paper-based systems led to lost passports, missed flights, and angry customers.

Our Solution

We built a complete pilgrimage management system covering registration, visa processing, hotel/transport allocation, payment tracking, and post-trip feedback. The system manages 5,000+ pilgrims per season with 99% on-time delivery.

Our Approach

We designed a workflow engine that automates the entire pilgrimage journey: pilgrim registration with document upload, visa application tracking, hotel booking by proximity to Haram, transport assignment, and Maktab allocation. The automated embassy PDF engine packages visa documents into printable formats.
