Umrah travel agencies needed group booking management, agent commissions, visa quota tracking, and integration with Saudi service providers. Manual coordination led to visa quota overages, commission disputes, and group booking times of 4+ hours per transaction.

Our Solution

We built a multi-tenant Umrah booking platform that can serve multiple agencies with group management, hotel allocation, visa quota tracking, and agent portals. The system scales from 500 to 2,000+ travelers per month without additional administrative overhead.

Our Approach

We architected a multi-tenant system where each agency operates independently but shares the same infrastructure. The commission engine automatically calculates payouts based on sub-agent activity. Visa quota tracking prevents overages with automated limits by country and embassy.

The Impact

The agency scaled from 500 to 2,000+ travelers per month without additional admin. Commission disputes reduced to zero with automated calculation. Visa quota was never exceeded thanks to automated limits. Group booking time dropped from 4 hours to 30 minutes.
